SAN MATEO, Calif. & IRVING, Texas -- New ChannelMaster Software Leverages Mortgage Channel to Boost First Horizon's Wealth Management Marketing Efforts
Dorado Corporation, the leader in Web services-based solutions for home lending, and First Horizon Home Loan Corporation today announced that Dorado ChannelMaster has successfully enhanced First Horizon's ability to cross-sell additional services to mortgage customers.
Dorado ChannelMaster has provided First Horizon wealth management teams with an Internet-based software application that leverages existing customer mortgage information to provide marketing leads for additional retail financial services. Since its deployment, 15% of First Horizon's new mortgage customers have accepted invitations for consultations with a First Horizon financial planner. The software has also increased the efficiency and productivity of First Horizon's wealth management teams.
Dorado integrated the new ChannelMaster application with First Horizon's wealth management systems using the Dorado .MOR(TM) Server, a Web services-based integration server designed specifically for the home lending industry.
